Join the Midwest Cyber Center (MC²)for a day of cybersecurity games and challenges like DFIR, pentesting, crypto, and steganography Friday, October 20th from 9am – 5pm. This event is free and open to any adult: college student, military, contractor, and civilian. Compete on teams of 4 or individually using your own device for bragging rights and prizes.
Military Cyber Professionals Association (MCPA) and Midwest Cyber Center (MC²) is hosting a cybersecurity competition geared towards middle/high school students. Teams of 4 will compete against one another to test and expand cybersecurity skills and awareness. Participants will be challenged with online safety questions, cybersecurity related puzzles, offense and defense computer challenges, solving codes, and cyber trivia.
Little to no experience in cybersecurity required.
Awards and prizes will follow immediately after the competition. The event is FREE for all students. Register teams (each student) of 4 now through eventbrite! Then email email@example.com with the first and last name of team members, grade level, team name and email address.
**Anyone who isn’t able to form a team of 4, but still wants to participate can! Register each student and we’ll put you on a team. Any student who’s interested in participating will be able to. **
